This will be the 3rd annual USAT Sanctioned race at Lake Tye Park in Monroe. This race is sure to be a great one for the beginner to the elite. This just may be the flattest and fastest course in the Pacific Northwest.

This is a great spectator course.

Awards for the top 3 in each age group.

PANCAKE BREAKFAST:Local fireman representing Ryans Solution will be on hand to provide a yummy pancake breakfast for a $5 donation to their charity.

Sprint:     1/4 mile swim      14 mile bike          3.1 mile run

Olympic:  1500 m swim      28 mile bike          6.2 mile run

Entry fee includes post-race food and drink, tech t-shirts, swim cap, chip timing, finishers medal and goody bags.

Packet pick up:

Lake Tye Park gazebo.  Early in the week,  prior to the event, you will receive a confirmation email that lists your bib number and registration information.  You are strongly encouraged to pick up on Friday night August 10th, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM.  Packet pick-up, day of race, will open at 5:30 AM and close at 6:30.
